I had a stroke when i was 23. 

It is not a lisp. My 'S's are crisp as fuck. 

I don't take offense to it if you ask me to repeat myself.

 Mockery will just get you muted or get called poor. 

Grow up. Be an adult and just ask me to repeat myself, or to type what I said. 

also fucking tell me if i need to slow down or i need to enunciate more. saying you don't understand but not telling me how to fix it is pointless.
